The primary mission of The Culture of Life Committee is to raise the consciousness of the community to the evils of abortion and to raise parish-wide awareness and educate on all life issues according to Church teaching! We organize new life-affirming activities to fill needs as identified by the parish.

Our work has just begun in Texas post-Roe. Twice as many babies are being born in Texas. Many are in crisis and need urgent medical care, financial/rental, and material assistance. Our bishops have asked us to Walk With Moms in Need and the need has never been greater. Unity of purpose is vital to our success as a pro-life movement.

1 in 3 families in Texas struggle to provide clean diapers for
their babies. Diapers are as essential to a baby’s healthy development as a mother’s love. Keeping infants and toddlers clean, dry, and healthy is key to building a solid foundation for all children to reach their full potential.
Lack of access to diapers affects nearly 800,000 babies in Texas. St. John Neumann promotes a culture of life. We are here to help and support all pregnancy and parenting resources in our city. Pregnancy Resource Centers are experiencing a 100% increase in mothers and
families in poverty and unplanned pregnancies.
We need your help to ensure that they can provide diapers on demand, the most basic necessity, to every family that needs them. Please help us to Walk with Moms in Need as our Bishops have asked us to do. Below are a few ways you can help families meet their basic needs:
Please place diapers and baby care items in pack ‘n plays located in the Narthex.
