Deepen your personal and spiritual growth as a married couple and enrich your marriage and family life after attending a Marriage Encounter Weekend offered by the Diocese of Austin. Coordinators for the Westlake Marriage Encounter Circle are Jill and Andrew Hebda at 358-7636. The Westlake Circle meets at St. John Neumann on the last Friday of the month at 7pm. Babysitting is provided for a small fee (split among those attending) at the church's nursery. Please check with Jill and Andrew to confirm dates and times. 

Marriage Encounter is having our next couple's enrichment and sharing circle at Saint John Neumann on June 25th! If you have attended a Marriage Encounter weekend, please join us on June 25, at 7pm in the St Timothy Room. Childcare is available for a small donation. World Marriage Day Enrichments - February 13, 2010 at 2 Locations

Central Texas Marriage Encounter invites all couples in the diocese to their annual World Marriage Day enrichments on Saturday, February 13. We will offer two programs this year, with one at St. John Neumann. To register for the enrichment at SJN, please visit our online registration site.

"Love is a Decision" will be presented at St. John Neumann Parish in Austin on Saturday, February 13th, 11am - 6:30pm (and includes lunch and 5:30pm mass). Cost is $30/couple and includes lunch and all materials. What is a Marriage Encounter Weekend?

The Marriage Encounter Weekend is an experience designed to help married couples communicate more intimately with one another. It's a weekend away from home, family and responsibilities where in a comfortable environment a couple is guided in the discovery of new techniques of communicating and sharing with one another. 

Marriage Encounter is a weekend about love. It has been described as "the weekend that will enrich your life." It is not a retreat, but a program which gives couples the opportunity to look at themselves privately in a loving encounter. It is a positive building weekend which enhances the maritial relationship. Couples DO NOT share any aspect of their marriages with the group.  More information...
